Quincy police say Keveonte Montre Thomas, 18, of Tallahassee has been arrested on second degree murder charges. Police say he was working with the other two suspects in the case. Anyone who may have witnessed the shooting is asked to call Captain Robert Mixson of the Quincy Police Department at WCTV -- A family is grieving the loss of a year-old who was shot and killed near his home in Quincy. I miss my baby.
